Refund policy
Items that have been made to order, customized, or personalized — including products with embroidery, monograms, or bespoke sizing — are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), as they are manufactured to the consumer's specific requirements. If you wish to cancel such an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@rodonluxurylinen.com. Cancellations requested after production has begun cannot be accepted.
All other non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@rodonluxurylinen.com and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos of the item(s) and tags. In case of faulty items, photos must clearly display the fault.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@rodonluxurylinen.com.
Right of Withdrawal – Model Form
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you may use the model form below or submit any other unambiguous written statement.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
